The PACWR Board is aware of many shortcomings in the current set of safety tests.  The Board has been working diligently to update and improve the tests to accommodate the concerns and legitimate criticisms voiced by members.  A new set of safety tests will be published and available prior to the commencement of the 2009 season for use by all PACWR member clubs.
